Paradise Saigon Boutique Hotel & Spa, Ho Chi Minh City

My stay at the Paradise Saigon Boutique Hotel & Spa was delightful, marked by excellent customer service and a comfortable room. The breakfast buffet on the 11th floor provided stunning views and a diverse selection of delicious dishes. However, there were minor issues, like the shower door not closing properly and some noise from the rooftop bar across the street. Overall, I found it to be a fantastic value for the money.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel, mainly because of its super convenient location and the friendly interaction with staff like Linh and Ken, who made everything comfortable. The breakfast had a nice mix of continental and Vietnamese options, but the pool is quite small, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, while it offers seating outside, there's no real garden area to relax in.

I did notice some noise from the street in my room, but the overall experience was truly enjoyable. However, be prepared for a wait during busy moments with just one lift serving multiple floors.

I enjoyed the breakfast on the top floor but had a minor issue with items not being refilled later on. Although I was disappointed by the lack of a swimming pool, the gym facilities were a nice touch for keeping active during my vacation.
